The new update of ShareO, ShareCalendar, ShareContacts is available for download
Nov 3, 2006
Whats New:
Sharing Files in Windows folder (folder on hard drive).
By enabling synchronization of an Outlook folder with a Windows folder you can now share any documents and/or files on your hard drive. Any changes in this folder are automatically processed and shared by ShareO even if Outlook was not running when modifications were being made.
Add documents and/or other files easily with "Add Document" form available from ShareO menu.
Paste Files in right-click folder menu.
Re-configure of sharing settings from one folder to another. An additional action is now available in the "Management Panel", "Folder Settings" tab - re-configure the sharing settings from one Outlook folder to another.
Fixed Problems:
Unable to add users from the Global Address Book to the sharing list (when using the Exchange- type profiles)
In some cases item comments were shared on the Outlook 2003 machines even if the checkbox "My comments" was unchecked in the Management Panel
The "Mark as private by default" checkbox was not applied to items when they were created in the Outlook view without using the form
When sending the error report log, the files are now truncated to avoid sending large attachments
In some cases new items were not shared when updated from the PDA devices, updates would not propagate.
